What This Workshop Is
This two-day workshop explores balance as a dynamic organisation of the whole body.
Rather than treating falling only as something to avoid, we study how the nervous system responds to instability, uncertainty, and contact with the ground. Through slow and progressive movement, participants learn to reduce unnecessary tension, cooperate with gravity, improve coordination, and regain confidence.
This is not an acrobatic course. The work is gradual, floor-based, and adapted to individual limits. No previous experience is required.
There is no fixed techniques to memorise.
The work is educational, experiential, and adaptable to individual limits.
