This workshop explores balance as a dynamic, whole-body process.
Falling is approached not as an accident to avoid, but as an opportunity to understand how the nervous system organises movement under uncertainty.

Through slow, progressive exploration, participants learn to reduce unnecessary tension, cooperate with gravity, refine coordination from the centre, and regain confidence in their relationship to the ground.

There is no fixed techniques to memorise.
The work is educational, experiential, and adaptable to individual limits.

What We Explore

• Balance as organisation of the whole body
• Fear and its influence on muscular tone
• Principles of falling: acceptance, rolling, distribution of force
• Standing up with minimal effort
• Crawling and developmental movement patterns
• Breathing as support for regulation and coordination
