Class 1 , Rediscovering Natural Movement
In this first session we explored the roots of Taiso — running, hopping, crawling, standing from seiza, and the gentle “ripening rice.” These natural movements reactivate primitive reflexes, build resilience, and reconnect body and mind with ease.
Class 2 – , Exploring Reflexes, Balance, and Trust
In this session we go beyond basics into powerful, dynamic exercises — running, hopping, the V-Shape, Windmill, and “Look at the Sky.” Each movement is designed to boost your balance, awaken your reflexes, and build core strength
Class 3 – Core Strength, Coordination, and Balance
This class explores how movement creates stability. Through dynamic exercises — running, hopping, crawling, and playful ball work — we connect breath, rhythm, and awareness to awaken deeper postural control. Each sequence builds coordination, balance, and confidence in motion.
